Almsgiving (Al-M‚'Żn)

In the name of Allah, Gracious, Merciful.

1Do you see one who denies the judgment?

2Then such is he who repulses the orphan.

3And encourages not the feeding of the indigent.

4So woe to the worshipers.

5Who are neglectful of their prayers.

6Those who want to be seen.

7And refuse to supply neighborly needs.1

Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim

1Ara aital ladzi yukazibu bid din

2Fazalikal lazi yaduul yatim

3Wa la yahudh dhu ala thaamil miskin

4Fawailut lilmushal

5Alladzina hum an shalatihim sahun

6Alladzina hum yuraun

7Wa yamnaunal maun

1. The Christianís duty is to owe no man anything but love and also we should give to all who asks us for anything without reproach and in this verse not doing those things considered neighborly needs would spell their doom. It is like Jesus said, as you did for these little ones youíve done for me.
